We may collect and process the following personal information about you:
(a) Information and identifiers about you. This includes your name, company name, job title, address, and contact details (business and/or personal), email address, demographic information, including the products you are interested in and your marketing preferences, and any information you provide to us voluntarily such as through forms you fill in, when you when you contact customer support services. If you register for an account on a Master Website, we will collect information about your account, including your username. Additionally, if you apply for a job with Master Electronics, including through our UltiPro platform, we may collect the information described above, as well as personal information about your employment history, references, resume details, and other contact and historical information commonly collected for job applications. We may also collect information about the results of any pre or post-hire tests you may be asked to take, which are operated by our service providers.
(b) Commercial information, including details of your transactions and payment details. Your order details, any information included in a credit application you submit, warranty information, payment details used to purchase our products such as billing address, shipping address, tax exempt status, credit or debit card number and expiration date, and account information relating to other payment services and billing information.
(c) Credit and anti-fraud information. Information relating to your financial situation, your creditworthiness or any criminal or fraudulent activities provided to us by you or third parties including information which establishes your identity, such as driving licenses, passports, utility bills, and information about transactions and credit ratings from credit reference agencies.
(d) Our interactions with you. We may keep a record of any interactions and correspondence between us such as calls made to our customer support services, online chat conversations with our customer support services, any interactions you have with our representatives and any interactions with us or posts that refer to us on social media.
(e) Survey or market research information. If you complete optional surveys that we use for customer service, research or other purposes, we shall collect the information provided in the completed survey.
(f) Your use of Master Websites, including your internet and network activity. When you access a Master Website, we will collect your IP address, which is a number assigned to your device when you connect to the Internet. As part of the protocol of the Internet, web servers can identify your computer by its IP address. In addition, web servers may be able to identify the type of browser, type of computer you are using, your device ID, and geolocation.

Cookies are small bits of information that some websites (including our Master Websites) transfer to an individual's hard drive for various purposes. Master Electronics uses cookies and other tracking technologies to analyze the traffic our Master Websites, such as total visitors and pages viewed, and to make improvements based on the data we collect and to enhance and personalize your experience. (h) Inferences about you. We collect information about your preferences, characteristics, predispositions, behavior, or other trends that help us identify which products you may be interested in.
